A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) assesses your child’s current skills, reviews your concerns, and identifies treatment priorities. The plan sets out measurable goals and explains what therapy will work toward.
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) provide direct sessions under BCBA supervision. Session records help the clinician evaluate learning, while conversations with caregivers add information about what happens during the rest of the week.
A treatment plan should remain responsive. If progress is limited, routines change, or your child needs a different form of support, the BCBA can review the goals and teaching approach. Your questions and your child’s response are important parts of those decisions.
