At EzCare ABA, we provide compassionate, in-home ABA therapy that helps children with autism build confidence, independence, and everyday life skills. We believe in empowering not just the children we serve, but the professionals who make it possible.
We’re expanding our in-home team across Virginia and looking for dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are passionate about helping children thrive in real-world settings.
About the role
As an RBT at EzCare ABA, you’ll work 1:1 with children in their home environment to implement individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your support helps build communication, social, and self-help skills in ways that feel safe, encouraging, and fun.
What you’ll do
- Implement ABA therapy techniques using evidence-based practices
- Follow individualized treatment plans and collect data on progress
- Assist with daily living skills, emotional regulation, and play-based learning
- Provide parent training and collaborate with caregivers regularly
- Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA and participate in team meetings
- Support parents and caregivers through consistent collaboration
What you’ll bring
- Active RBT certification in good standing
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental needs
- A compassionate, flexible, and patient approach
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to client homes
